		<description>I agree that the GOP has serious challenges ahead of it if it desires to recruit more minorities. But, if the Republican leadership is willing to put in the time to educate people on the party&#039;s core values (and prove that they&#039;re serious about carrying out those values), their chances of increasing diversity will be better.</description>
